To respect customer privacy, rewards card usage details are private and can't be disclosed due to legal regulations.

Due to privacy and legal regulations, we are unable to provide information on whether a customer has used their rewards card. Once the card is issued, the cardholder entirely manages its usage, and we cannot track or disclose any activity related to the card.
