If a customer doesn't use the money on their rewards card, unfortunately, we can't take any action to retrieve or reissue the funds. The card's balance remains available until the card expires.
It’s important to remind your customers to use the card before the expiration date, which typically ranges from six months to three years, depending on the type of card. After the card expires, any remaining funds will be forfeited.
