Find out what steps to take if a customer hasn’t received their rewards card in the mail, and how we can help resolve the issue.
Keep in mind that most physical cards take up to 20 business days to arrive. If a customer never receives their rewards card in the mail, don't worry!
First, make sure they double-check their mailbox to make sure it's not there.
Then, check the contact address at https://app.locorum.io/vendor/database to make sure it was sent to the right address.
If that doesn't resolve your issue, simply contact us at hello@locorum.ca, and we’ll resend the card at no additional cost. We’re committed to ensuring your customers get their rewards promptly. Make sure you include the following in your email:
- The full name of the recipient
- The date you sent the reward
- The reward amount
- The full physical address
