If you accidentally send rewards to the wrong email address or physical address, we can help correct the issue! Contact us at hello@locorum.ca, and we’ll resend the card to the correct address. A $4 fee will apply for reissuing the card. Make sure you include the following in your email:
- The full name of the recipient
- The date you sent the reward
- The reward amount
- The correct email or physical address
- The email or physical address you entered by mistake
